Move with grace, together

Every body, born to dance. Free classes, live music and community for Idaho's Parkinson's family — every Monday in Boise.

Our Mission

It's about so much more than exercise.

Dance for Parkinson's is a non-profit organization that brings dance, music, movement, artistry and grace to our local Parkinson's community in Idaho. Classes use dance, live music and community to develop artistry and grace while addressing PD-specific concerns — balance, flexibility, coordination, gait, isolation and depression — in an hour that feels nothing like therapy.

Live music, every session.

Modern, ballet, tap, folk and social dance with live accompaniment — piano, rhythm and song guiding movement that is refreshing, enjoyable and stimulating.
